Modular apartment blocks

We present to you the offer of products manufactured by Vallor S.A. modular apartments, enabling the creation of modular apartment blocks in three configurations: BASIC, COMPACT and MULTI, composed of 4, 8 and 16 residential units respectively, forming one floor.

Buildings up to four storeys can be assembled from individual residential modules and equipped with a passenger elevator, ensuring convenience and comfort.

Thanks to a flexible approach to the foundation of modules, we adapt them to local ground conditions. Modular Apartment Blocks can be placed on strip foundations or a foundation slab, ensuring a solid and durable structure.

One of the additional elements of equipment in modular apartment blocks may be a photovoltaic installation and an energy bank, which we adjust to local conditions, such as the exposure of the building's roof and its size. This allows you to achieve energy independence and reduce the negative impact on the environment.

At the customer's request, we can make turnkey residential modules in various finishing standards and façade colors, allowing them to be adapted to aesthetic preferences and the local architectural context.

Each residential module consists of a unit with an area of ​​35 m2, which can be arranged depending on the user's needs. Typically, a residential unit consists of a spacious living room with a kitchenette, a living room, a bathroom and an auxiliary room. We are able to provide various finishing and furnishing options for residential units to meet various customer preferences.

Additionally, each apartment can be adapted to individual needs by installing various additional elements, such as signage for the blind and visually impaired, an alarm or a CCTV monitoring system.
